I never thought I'd seriously feel like this, but I'm glad I don't live in America anymore. I don't mean to offend my friends in the States; it isn't nice when a foreigner gives a negative view of your own country. But it's a sad day not just for America but also for the UK. And unfortunately for the rest of the world too.

SO not offended.
Also, Marge, you're my hero. Way to kick Sebas' ass.
p.s. hi, i'm neverecho, nice to meet you!
Marge,
Can you help me get deported to your country? I don't want to be here anymore!

Neverecho: no problem my dear. It was kind of like therapy to rip into him a little after the election sunk in. And I don't like it one bit when people dis my friends, that's my privilege.
Silver: no fuckin' way are coming over here, go to France where you'll be appreciated.
i'm proud to be an american/ where at least i know... uhm... crap./ and i won't forget the men who died/ in an elective war for not me/ and i'll gladly stand up! next to you and criticize her still today/ cause there ain't no doubt i love this land, a misguided USA.
Thanks for the sympathy, Marge, but I've decided not to throw away my return ticket and live out my days in England under a pseudonym. America needs me to vote for Edwards or whoever runs in '08. In fact, maybe you should come back, with several million of your friends, and become citizens of Ohio, New Mexico, and Florida. Start the swing-state migration today! Also, I found this horrifying poll, for anyone who cares:
